I have always worked in software, and probably always will. The act of creating is paramount to my happy existence. In that same vein, I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with other like minded individuals and am continually thrilled to find people smarter and more capable than myself from whom I can learn. I have a strong disdain for typical management strategies, rather I believe in allowing talented individuals the creative freedom to produce their best work, whether that means being in an office, a shack in the mountains or on the beach.
