In a nutshell, I am an overly organized, improvement obsessed, planner. I thrive in fast paced environments where I have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and grow my skill set. I'm very results driven with an understanding that repeatable, measurable processes are critical to efficiency and continuous improvement. I’ve landed in the wild world of operations in the ever-changing landscape of technology and have found it to be challenging at times, but never boring. My days consist of switching between managing and supporting recruitment, HR, business development, marketing, employee professional development, process improvement, and overall strategic growth. A proven leader who whole heartedly believes that supporting your team means making their lives easier, promoting professional growth, providing mentorship, and constantly acknowledging contributions all while working toward our common goals. When I’m not on the job I am wrangling my wildly independent and sassy 3 year old (going on 16) daughter, hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains with my husband and dog, gardening, or sipping on a glass of wine somewhere with live music.
