As leader of our human resources team, Dan champions Thornton Tomasetti’s culture and pursuit of its purpose, values and long-term goals. His focus is to cultivate innovation and knowledge sharing, diversity in background and outlook, and to provide borderless careers. Dan partners with senior leaders to translate our business plans into a people strategy tuned to accelerate business results. Dan has 15-plus years of international and U.S.-based experience in engineering, procurement and construction. He previously led HR for Buildings, Infrastructure, and Advance Facilities for parts of North and South America and prior to that served as HR director for the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, overseeing all aspects of human resources. He is also a change management expert, leading HR through M&A integration and the establishment of new offices. He has led the start-up and staffing of international mega-projects, such as those related to the London Olympics, Qatar World Cup, and relocation of the U.S. military base in Yongsan, South Korea.
