I also have a background in visual merchandising, and store design and development. With over 20 year’s experience of retail management, comprising of field and head office roles. I have a proven track record of strategic business development and profit improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deliver structured team development and motivation to produce quality results. Commercially aware with the ability to work under pressure within a competitive market place.
