Director of People and Process

The Springs Living is a family owned senior housing company with communities in Oregon and Montana.

As chief people officer for The Springs Living, I am responsible for all aspects of the company’s human resources, including overseeing payroll, benefits, performance management, labor and legal compliance, all within the context of creating an exceptional employee experience. With over 20 years of senior living experience, both at the community and the organizational levels I have successfully built the company’s human resource department and workplace culture over the past 10 years. Since joining The Springs Living in 2002, I have worked in the company’s communities in a variety of long-term care roles, including executive director at The Springs at Clackamas Woods in Milwaukie, Oregon. I also hold a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University with an undergrad degree in health administration from Oregon State University.
