Michael is the Integrator and CFO for The Refinery, an award-winning entertainment marketing agency. An EOS disciple, he leads the company as their Integrator, providing organizational clarity, growth strategies, strategic thinking, leadership development and organizational consistency. He works with the company’s leadership team and ownership team to develop and execute long-term and short-term priorities. He also serves as the company’s CFO and overseeing Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Legal, and works with leadership to drive results. Since joining, he has helped scale the company six-fold and embodies the company’s core values (kindness, passion, client-focus, no ego, talent). He is also focused on improving the entire company’s sense of belonging, equity, inclusion and diversity, and overall wellbeing. In addition to his full-time work with The Refinery, Michael acts as a financial/board advisor to other small/medium size professional services companies.
