As Founder & CEO of The Muse, I spend every day making work more human. For individuals, this means helping over 50M people use The Muse to navigate their careers. For companies, it's about bringing a human touch to talent acquisition, career development and employer branding, each of which have traditionally been very dehumanizing activities.I'm deeply passionate about building loved and trusted products that help individuals navigate their careers and help organizations attract - and keep - great people.I'm also a believer in investing deeply in company culture to build an organization that lasts, and sharing lessons learned - the wins and the not-so-much's - to help other companies do the same. Previously I worked on vaccine introduction in Rwanda and Malawi with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and before that, at the management consultancy McKinsey & Company. I also wrote 'The New Rules of Work,' which was published by Crown Business / Penguin Random House in April 2017. Now I spend every waking hour thinking about The Muse.
