Michele Fishman the Vice President of International Development at The Alternative Board (TAB). Since TAB’s formation in 1990, Michele has worked in various capacities, including media relations, marketing and developing TAB training programs. In the last few years, Michele's has headed up TAB's international development. TAB is a selective, by invitation only, business membership organization made up of business owners who meet in small, structured boards on a monthly basis to improve the profitability of their companies. Michele is co-author of the book, Strategic Business Leadership®. The strategic planning program that is based on the book has been used by thousands of business owners around the world to lead their businesses to increased profits while achieving their personal visions for success. She also helped write and edit the books, 7 Secrets of Great Entrepreneurial Masters and 9 Elements of Family Business Success. Michele earned her Masters Degree in International Relations, from Washington University. She also has a BA in History and English from The University of Texas at Austin and a Post-Baccalaureate graduate degree in Education from Washington University. In addition to her business experience in the United States, Michele worked in Germany at Zweckform Etikettiertechnik in its international department.
