His influences include the classic singer/songwriters of the ’70s and 80’s rock bands. His songs have been licensed to Nashville and LA publishers, film & TV, theater, an award-winning children’s album, a not-for-profit organization that benefits abused and neglected children in the foster care system, and an award-winning children’s album. They have also won awards from various songwriting associations, including Nashville Songwriters Association International (or NSAI), West Coast Songwriters, and UNISONG. Denis released his debut album, Stomping Grounds on July 1, 2023.
