I use a combination of environment, health and safety (EHS) leadership experience and expertise in Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Management Systems) and information technology to implement sustainable solutions to challenging problems.--I am a leader and a strong advocate for creating last change and delivering business value.--I have the unique ability to span the spectrum creating innovative strategies and also then planning, managing and delivering the work to achieve the desired outcomes. --I believe in the power of people - high performing teams are incredible in what they can deliver and how they allow people to contribute to the fullest of their abilities. All people need is the right environment. I am experienced at creating these environments.--Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and Management Systems are extremely powerful approaches that work. These just make sense to me - I think I was pre-wired this way.
