As an IT leader I have the vision to look beyond the day to day IT operation to bring value to the business through change, continuous improvement and strategy. I successfully and consistently deliver IT projects into the business and have P&L responsibility for all IT related services, contracts and agreements. Commercially aware and a capable negotiator when forming partnerships or entering into contracts with providers. An excellent communicator with internal teams and when collaborating with 3rd parties to reach a common goal. Alongside my current role my aim is to improve the customer experience through the use of current and emerging technologies. I will articulate my ideas and the journey through to implementation.
