Over 17 years’ progressive experience successfully managing the full lifecycle of contracts/subcontracts and proposals within the Federal procurement arena (IDIQ, FFP, T&M/Labor Hour, & Cost Plus). Manage large dollar value contracts and proposals with existing government customers while building contracting relationships with new customers. Proposal support includes, but not limited to, Price Volume and Pricing Development (including price-to-win strategy). Contract management experience has covered a wide spectrum of government departments/agencies, each with their own unique procurement culture and nuances, to include DHS, CDC, GSA, Intel, DoD USPTO, FAA, SEC, Library of Congress among others. Experience includes SBA approved joint ventures and ASMPP Mentor–Protégé Agreements (MPA), and GSA Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA). Mission-driven teammate. Experienced working independently, team collaboration, and leadership. Often regarded as a hybrid, geared for Contract Management with strong sense for Business Development (BD).
