TaxAssist Accountants Weston-super-Mare originated in October 2000. Now servicing nigh on four hundred clients, the practice has gained a well earned reputation. When I set it up in 2000, having a non accountancy background I had a great insight from previous business experience what it is to start a small business, and know nothing about how to manage it, and control it. Accepting that you need to get a business to market, and gain a share in the market, understanding how the businesses finances work, what ever size of business is fundamental to ensuring that the business not only survives, but flourishes. I want to offer clients good value. I want the practice to be competitive, I want it to be respected. I think we achieve that, testament to the fact that so many clients we have taken on have been referred to us. I have five staff, now very experience, one a Chartered Tax advisor. I am a keen advocate of giving youngsters experience through apprenticeships,, and all current staff have either come through as apprentices or trainees.
