I have been working with software companies and IT organisations across Europe for my entire professional career - collaborating, challenging and advising on software development/delivery best practices - both as full-time employee and latterly as a Non Exec Director (NED). Having reocgnised the power of Agile thinking at ThoughtWorks I have applied those practices to software delivery and value creation across enterprises for whom software is playing a larger role - which is all of them. More widely than software development and delivery, I apply agile and lean thinking and problem-solving approaches in my interactions with colleagues, partners, existing and future customers.
