The dynamic experience working at myriad types of companies (banks, global trade houses, asset based entities) has given me a unique perspectives on both culture and risk management. This enables me to view the role of risk management as more than controls and loss prevention. It is a strategic role that spans front, middle and back office and adds bottom line economic value to the company while also facilitating the communication and best in class processes across the organization. I have repeatedly built high performing teams and Commerical/ Risk Management businesses from the ground up.
