Chartered Accountant with progressive global experience in all aspects of finance function including Balance Sheet Management, Financial Reporting, Business Finance Strategy, Controllership, Treasury, M&A, Finance Transformation, Procurement, Internal Controls, & Compliance. Employed with the Indian Hotels Company Ltd (Taj Group of Hotels) for over 10 years in various functions including Internal Audit, Business Finance and currently deputed as CFO of Oriental Hotels Ltd, an Associate Company of Indian Hotels Company Ltd which is listed in the stock exchanges of India. Have built significant experience in handling Board & Audit Committee matters earlier in the role of Internal Audit and currently as CFO of Oriental Hotels Ltd. Have built significant high-performance teams with over 150+ associates (direct and indirect) reporting in the current role. Prior to my stint in Indian Hotels Company Ltd, I was Partner of PKF Sridhar & Santhanam (Member firm of PKF International, United Kingdom) wherein I have led several consulting engagements for clients across Globe on Risk Management, Revenue Assurance, SOX, M&A and Financial Statement Assurance for large clients including Tata Group, Wipro, TVS Group, Dr Reddy's Laboratories to name a few.
