Tamera (aka Tami) is a deeply experienced executive leader with close to three decades of experience in customer experience management, and people services in the life sciences industry, During her tenure at various organizations, Tami has often been the catalyst for tremendous organizational growth while ensuring that the “voice of the customer” is heard and every effort is made to meet their needs. Tami has global leadership and operational experience in building teams across US and Europe with an emphasis on collaborative problem solving. While delivering tremendous success in launching global teams, she has also ensured that employee coaching, staffing and development remained central to company cultures to sustain the high performance of these teams. Additionally, Tami has significant experience across the legal, sales, retail, and human services. Tami has an Associate Degree in Phycology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and a Master’s Degree in Global Organizational Management. Tami is married and has four children and four "super cute" grandchildren. She is an active volunteer in her community, and for numerous years served on various boards and committees for the town of Clermont NY.
