Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Managed Services, Mr. Bank joined Synoptek following the acquisition from Critigen (formally CH2M Hill Managed Services, MicroSource), and is currently responsible for Synoptek's Managed Services Global strategy, marketing, channel program, business development, account management, and vendor relations. Mr. Bank has over 20 years experience in Cloud Services, Managed IT Services, Remote Infrastructure Monitoring and Management (RIMM), Application Hosting, ITSM Service Management, Service Desk, Telecommunications, Product Management, Cyber Security, and Wireless Communications. Prior to joining Synoptek, Mr. Bank was Managing Director with ImagiNet (formally Rocky Mountain Internet). Mr. Bank managed the staff responsible for all sales, marketing, and product efforts. In 1993, Mr. Bank joined Verizon (formally Bell Atlantic) as a Market Manager, overseeing development and implementation of advanced technology platforms to Fortune 500 customers. Mike led the Baltimore-Washington region in net-subscriber growth for three consecutive years. Mr. Bank has also held management positions with Tellabs and Qwest. Mr. Bank graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Economics and Geology. He also holds an MBA from the University of Denver.
