I am a strategic Operational and Financial VP with proven success in designing and implementing operational systems to deliver business growth and the development and control of business financial systems and processes. I am confident and innovative, and I strive to deliver quality and targeted proactive solutions with practical work experience as a financial operational executive. My focus is to oversee the coordination of departmental efforts in relation to the development and marketing of internal systems, and to identify and mitigate risks at both tactical and strategic levels. Currently I am working with Mailender, Inc., where I serve as Vice President. Here I build and lead teams to implement financial, operational, technical systems, policies, and procedures. I am a successful team leader and business professional with integrity, creativity, strategic agility, and high energy. I have excellent communication, interpersonal and talent development skills, and I seek to actively mentor and empower subordinates with a team approach to business problem solving. My goal is to assist businesses with operational and financial decisions in a systematic and strategic manner, and to maximize the development potential of team members as a part of this process.
