In my 20 years of working experience, I involved in two major industries; property development and water industry. I have been exposed to wide spectrum of management in both industries covering strategic planning, policy development, transformational plan, business process improvements and reengineering, procurement management, project delivery, operations, maintenance and technologies. I graduated my Master in Engineering Business Management in 2013. I began my professional career as a Technical Assistant back in 2000 with Serosa Resources based in Kuala Lumpur. I joined SYABAS in 2004 as an Executive under the Strategic Management, Audit & Recovery Team (SMART) a department structured under The Executive Chairman’s Office to stimulate improvements and transformation. 16 years in water industry, I involved in numerous transformational progressions, assigned to various departments with diverse roles and responsibilities. Currently I am spearheading the Water Quality Surveillance under the Water Quality Department of Air Selangor based in Shah Alam. A section that is intended to manage water quality monitoring and remediation activities within the distribution networks including the management of related assets i.e. HYDRA, OACIS, POLIGONs, SPA.
