Anthony has over 20 years of people capital experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, business partnership, employee engagement & experience and strategic human capital planning. Currently the Deputy Director of Human resources at Singapore’s 4th university, the Singapore University of Technology & Design, he played a pivotal role in establishing from scratch, a comprehensive range of university human resource operations, from strategizing to executing a full suite of services related to talent acquisition, branding, learning & development, global mobility services, employee relations and faculty affairs. His human resource experience spans across industries ranging from banking & finance, FMCG, semiconductor to higher education. A graduate from the Griffith Business School, he is also a recipient of the SHRI Leading HR Awards 2013 – Resourcing & Manpower Planning; Leading HR Awards 2016 – Employee Relations & Workplace Harmony & Leading HR Awards 2018 - Employer Branding
