I get excited solving complex problems and learning new skills. I am most passionate when I am helping others to deliver outstanding results. My background is working in HR across retail, health, government, consulting, technology and not-for-profit. More recently, together with my tech co-founder, we've been building something exciting - a mentoring platform called Brancher. A great mentor can change your life. The trouble is, finding the ideal mentor is hard. Brancher specialises in evidence-based mentee-mentor pairing. Brancher is the only platform that takes personality and values into account, which helps to create those magic connections. We help others reach their potential, through the power of mentoring. Our current products include mentee-mentor matching and peer to peer coffee catch ups. In addition to a matching service, we also provide an online platform that has the perfect balance of structure and flexibility including on demand online training, resources and guidance.
