I am an IMBA graduate with years of experience in administration, training, and customer service with a goal of expanding my career into the HR field, specifically training and recruiting. I've had experience living and studying in Australia, Spain, England and the USA with focuses in International Business, Spanish and Human Resources. My international experience has caused me to understand business across cultures and expand my desire for travel and knowledge of international markets. My master's thesis entitled: 'A Comparison of the Expatriate Adjustment Process between the U.S. and U.K.' (2012) came from personal experience and gave me exposure to interviewing, researching, and working on a strict time-sensitive deadline. This process prepared me for my areas of interest and skill sets needed in a corporate environment. Specialties include intermediate reading, writing and oral Spanish skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and networking.
