I am an extremely motivated and highly successful individual with over 28 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. I have a proven track record for delivering successful operational results as well as managing large projects such as off shoring and Lean implementation (Fully trained by McKinsey on a 121 basis over a 10 month period). I am a dynamic and inspiring leader who has repeatedly increased profit and performance through focus on staff motivation, key business drivers and customer experience. I am an excellent communicator with a logical and pragmatic approach to business and can deliver strategic and operational change in a fast moving environment. I am very focused and thrive on new challenges and opportunities. My aim is always to add value to any organisation.
