I serve as the managing partner of the Cleveland office of the international law firm of Squire Patton Boggs. I am also a partner in the global corporate practice and a member of the firm's Latin America Executive Committee. I focus my legal practice on international mergers and acquisitions, compliance and securities law matters, and corporate governance practices. I have completed transactions and managed teams of professionals across the globe. I counsel multiple public and private companies and their boards of directors. Before attending law school, I was a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, serving as a diplomat in the U.S. Embassies in Warsaw, Poland and Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
