As industry evangelist and customer advocate, I support the global Sales organization as our primary domain expert having spent almost 30 prior years as a quality and supply chain professional in several life sciences disciplines. I optimized and transformed the Sparta Systems strategic alliances program and organization to deliver $10M annual pipeline and increased customer satisfaction. I partner with industry client executives to help guide their businesses through the complexities of digital transformation. I constantly monitor the evolving external environment of healthcare, life-science and related consumer industries worldwide, and collaborate with analysts, thought leaders and regulators alike to understand emerging trends and proactively solve for those through innovation. I drive growth strategy through product portfolio, market expansion, our partner network and acquisition strategy. I support Product Management and R&D in the development of current and future products and services by providing process and technology vision and expertise for quality system solutions and adjacencies. I influence how our solutions participate in the larger IT ecosystem and supply chain architecture. I provide essential thought leadership through our Marketing organization to strengthen our brand, protect its equity and influence externally. I consult on key deployments to optimize solution implementation and delivery for the customer and assure realization of maximum value proposition for both customer and Sparta Systems. I lead customer forums and communities of practice to work within and across industries, drive process and solution optimization and positively disrupt the future of quality for the health and wellness of the global population. I provide internal mentorship, knowledge and talent development, sharing knowledge and experience to strengthen the industry awareness and education of our associates.
