Renowned as one of the world's most iconic sources of unique, innovative, and effective beauty brands and products, Space NK has 57 U.K. stores (including Spa NK) and a growing presence globally with four stores opened in and around New York City since Autumn 2007. In August 2008, Space NK announced a mould-breaking deal with Bloomingdale's, with nine stores set to open in the U.S. before Christmas 2008 and the rest to roll out by 2010. SpaceNK was founded in Covent Garden in 1993. Nicky Kinnaird, the founder, is one of the U.K.'s foremost female authorities and experts on beauty and retail. In September 2008, Space NK will also launch a stunning new concept store in London's Tottenham Court Road, designed in collaboration with Universal Design Studio.

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and fragrance industries, I have built a reputation as a passionate, forward-thinking leader who drives growth and innovation for science-backed, clean beauty brands. My mission is to create and grow brands that not only offer consumers high-quality, effective, and safe products that enhance their well-being and confidence, but also create a positive impact in the beauty and wellness industry. Throughout my career, I have successfully led and managed multiple brands, teams, and projects, delivering profitable and revenue-generating results across various channels and platforms. I have worked with and for some of the most prestigious and influential companies in the industry, such as FOREO Sweden, SpaceNK, Kevyn Aucoin Beauty, COTY, LVMH, L'oreal, MACY'S, and HSN, where I held senior executive and board member roles. I have also launched and scaled several start-ups, such as Caswell-Massey, EVE LOM, and LIPSTICK QUEEN, applying my entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and creative vision. As an advisor at FOREO, I leverage my expertise in digital, retail, and e-commerce sales, brand and product development, content creation, and international markets to help the company expand its presence and reach in the US and globally. I also provide advisory and consulting services to emerging and established brands in the beauty and wellness space through my own company, LAB & BENCH, LLC, where I offer strategic guidance, new business and product development, operations, and distribution solutions.
