I’m Director of Digital area at Sopra Steria. I want to improve the relationship between technology and people, defining and designing digital services from the point of view of users, in order to create communication experiences between brands and customers. In my work there is a lot of innovation, mobile applications, channels, touchpoints, usability, service design, digital transformation, customer experience, design thinking, co-creation, user research and management of teams and creative people.
