I graduated a master degree both in International Law and in HR Management with ESSEC Business School and started my career as Legal Counsel in Paris, France and then in Melbourne, Australia working with the Governement. Back to France, I became HR Business Partner of an international perimeter in the oil & gas industry and joined Capgemini in 2016, working as HRBP for Cloud Infrastructure Services France in Aquitaine. Very engaged in Gender Diversity, I created "The Women of the Future Awards" ♠️ ("Les Trophées des Dames de Pique") to showcase women talents in IT business. I implemented this annual trophy in Bordeaux and this is now extended to France and international. Selected by "Bordeaux Business" I drafted an article on HR marketing which get published in June 2018. Appointed Global HR Talent Manager & HRBP for Group Innovation, Cybersecurity & IT in November 2019, l get certified "Connected Manager" powered by HARVARD in June 2020. In January 2021 l promoted Senior Global HR Talent Manager of Innovation & Group Operations, Transformation & Industrialization.
