HR & HSE Director level experience and responsibility for circa 5,500 people with a global FM company. During the pandemic my role has also included mobilisation and operation of testing centres on behalf of the DHSC with an additional 10,000 colleagues. Operating out of London with a national remit. Extensive experience in generalist operational and stategic HR with experience in retail, FM, telecommunications, food manufacturing, utilities and outsourcing services for public and private sector. Commercially astute with extensive exposure to leading activity on bids, mobilisation of new and second generation contracts, TUPE , organisation redesign, culture change, engagement, talent management, H&S and pensions. Experience of regional and national roles with over 15 years exposure to leading national teams of HR professionals, combining operational and strategic HR and working alongside senior management teams. Currently a member of the Executive leadership team at Sodexo Healthcare responsible for HR, L&D, HSE, Admin support, internal communications and engagement. In addition I have lead responsibility across Sodexo UK for employee relations. Currently acting as a Pilotlight mentor. Formerly a member of the Executive Team for a group of six companies forming the G4S Government & Outsourcing Services division and a member of the Board of the National Skills Academy for Power. Formerly Non Exec Director and Trustee at NCFE and Newcastle School for Boys including Remco chair at NCFE.
