Tina possess over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations. She has had the opportunity to create value in Real Estate and Hospitality industry. She has developed and implemented sales & marketing strategies that support business and financial objectives. Since 2010 with Sobha Ltd., Tina has gained experience in two dynamic markets of Bangalore and Gurgaon. She made a transition from hospitality to real estate when she took up the role of Head of Sales for “Sobha Lifestyle Villas” in Bangalore and after a successful stint moved to Gurgaon to launch Sobha’s maiden venture in North India, “International City” a 150 acres exclusive villa township. As Sales & Marketing Head for “International City” Gurgaon, she has been successful in establishing brand Sobha’s presence in Gurgaon which is considered to be the toughest yet the most sought after markets for real estate investments. The endeavor has been on communicating and creating experiences of the ethos and brand standards in quality, which sets Sobha Ltd apart from the rest of the real estate brands. She has been responsible for the conceptualization, sales and marketing of the current luxury villa project “International City” with estimated revenue of more than INR 2500 Crores. In the past Tina has been associated with Five Star Luxury Hotel Brands in India for over 15 years. Her various roles with The Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Taj Group of Hotels and Hotel Le Meridien helped her gain experience in Operations, Rooms Division, Sales and Marketing. As an innovative and creative leader, Tina works with the team to quickly identify, develop and implement opportunities for business growth.
