I'm the least 'HR'- HR person you'll ever meet. ;) I'm passionate about all things PEOPLE. I wake up every day and *pinch* myself that my job is to hire people to work for the best organization I've ever known AND help ensure all the awesome people we hire are continuing to grow in their careers and be super engaged and happy. Fun facts:-After an email or call I’m frequently told by candidates that it was 'the best communication they’ve ever had with a recruiter'-If I had to describe myself in one word, without hesitation it would be: PASSIONATE. -I will find ANY excuse to wear a costume. A coworker’s wife once commissioned me to play a princess for her daughter's 5th birthday party and I had a ball gown, gloves and tiara on hand. I also walked around the office wearing the costume, *zero* questions asked.-Some salespeople thrive on being able to sell anything to anyone ('ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves'….yes I just quoted TommyBoy). While I probably could boast that skill, it’s more important to me that I actually believe in what I sell, so I do it with genuine vigor and excitement. Bottom line? I need to be head over heels for my company. -I can dish it (really good too) but I can also take it.-People constantly tell me I look 'exactly' like: their friends sister, so and so’s ex girlfriend, your old coworker etc. Somewhere on this earth there is an army of my twins and I’m dying to meet them. -I LOVE dogs and will roll around on the ground with one to get my fix.
