I'm the Director of Product at SmugMug: a safe, personalized and beautiful online home for all of your photos. At SmugMug I'm in charge of determining our strategic product direction, managing a team of Product Managers, and leading our teams in building amazing products. I define and refine our processes, ensure our teams always understand how we can help our customers, define product requirements and collaborate with our engineering teams. I work with our amazing and very passionate customers to understand how SmugMug can support their photography workflow. It helps that I was also a SmugMug customer for 8 years prior to joining the team. Prior to SmugMug I spent 8.5 years designing, building, and testing space qualified electronics hardware for satellite programs.
