She is currently the Vice President of Product Development, Innovation, and Brand Sustainability at Smashbox Cosmetics, Estee Lauder Companies. Throughout her career, she has led the innovation and growth of cutting-edge brands including Smashbox, Stila, Hard Candy, and Prescriptives by creating high performance products and unique package design. Her artistic vision combined with her technical expertise have created first-to-market, beauty industry innovation and trends including a new makeup subcategory with the first long wearing, matte, liquid lipstick, the first-ever Smoky Eye Instructional Talking Palette and franchise, the IPDA Grand Award winning Color Wheel Eye Shadow Palette, and award-winning primer-infused products. She drove the launch of the first-ever 3D printed lipstick, Smashbox Be Legendary Lipstick. She develops high quality performance products. Her unique package design tells a story featuring unexpected materials, from agates to sound modules, along with original construction. Beauty + fashion collaborations range from Marchesa Couture to Betsey Johnson. She initiated the Stila for E! Live from the Red Carpet collaboration resulting in E! News product features, increased brand awareness, and top-selling palettes. The luxe, refillable, solar powered, E!LRC Illuminating Highlighter compact, developed in partnership with HCP to raise environmental awareness and was recognized with an IPDA Sustainable Package Award. She led the development and design for the repositioning of Jane Cosmetics to a social impact brand, featuring lomography of the life-changing women at Two Wings with donations to trafficking victims. She is leading sustainability initiatives to reduce CO2 and material waste and the development of vegan, cruelty-free formulas with ingredient transparency. She recently completed the Business of Sustainability course at Cambridge University. She is a member of 1% for the Planet, Environmental Media Association, Sustainable Packaging Coalition, Cosmetic Executive Women, Environmental Media Association, and a mentor for Qualified. She was the keynote speaker at Makeup In / Luxepack and speaks at industry events, FIDM, and Make-up Designory. She designed and tailored custom clothing for musicians, concert tours, fashion editorials, advertisements, commercials, couture clients and film.
