Annie envisions, leads, and shapes the M&A strategy, objectives, and negotiation frameworks, and execution to further company performance and expand the intellectual property portfolio while ensuring integration success in multiple acquisitions. She develops and delivers long-term groundbreaking collaborations with the Mayo Clinic (cardiovascular medicine and sleep) and the American Cancer Society to embark on foundational sleep research to inform the first-ever cancer-specific sleep guidelines. In progressive C-level leadership positions at Sleep Number, Annie leveraged an innovative approach in expanding durable and software products, advanced IOT and multi-sided platforms, and led the development of digital applications (mobile) experience products to achieve award-winning results..
