I am a partner in the corporate and commercial section at Hall & Wilcox, Sydney. I have practised as a lawyer in Australia since 2002. Before that, I worked as a lawyer in the UK and other parts of Europe. Over the years, I have worked in many areas of commercial and corporate law, including corporate finance (IPOs, etc), public company takeovers, private equity/venture capital and material contracts. My practice focus (and my passion) is in helping Australian companies (whether public or private, and whatever the size), foreign investors and financial services clients, to do deals.
