I still remember sitting in front of a Pravetz-8C (Bulgarian Apple II clone) computer and writing my first program (using BASIC as a programming language) to make it display a snowflake on the screen. I was thrilled to learn new programming languages, tools, methodologies, and to find out more about the magic world of Software Development. The more I was diving into the specifics of the IT industry the more I was advocating for the quality of code and products. I found out I can influence the Quality Engineering Industry even more by sharing my ideas and experience, writing articles, and speaking at conferences around the world. It has been 8 years since I became a Quality Engineering Manager and more than 12 years since I have started working in IT. I have designed and developed a lot of interesting tools, Testing Frameworks, I have built so many successful QE teams in my career. Within each company, each project, and each team I do whatever is required to achieve one of the best and challenging goals ever - to bring people the highest quality product in their lives!
