As President and C.E.O., I was blessed to have proven success at the Executive level of a mid market company. Results driven with an excellent track record of growing both the top line and bottom line of several different entities. Hired and built an exceptionally talented and committed Senior Management Team. Led a privately held company through the transition to a trust ownership, and then to a successful sale transaction to a private equity firm, all the while leading the company to consecutive record years of growth. Also oversaw and completed the sale of Skyline from one Private Equity firm to another P.E. firm. Shepherded the company through Covid and the cancellations of tradeshows in 2020 and much of 2021. Completed 11 acquisitions of various sized entities in the last several years. 2021 was a year of standing the company back up after the pandemic. I retired as President and C.E.O., effective 12/31/21. I was asked to stay on as an active member of the Board of Directors for Skyline, a position that i have held since 2010. I had the great fortune of working with several outstanding senior leaders who oversaw all disciplines of the company (Sales, Marketing, Service, Distribution, Design, New Product Development, Customer Service, Manufacturing/Production, Engineering, R&D, Accounting, Finance, I.S., Quality, and HR). I have had a great deal of experience and, more importantly, proven results in Mergers and Acquisitions, and leading companies through transitions, driving top and bottom line growth, leadership development, change management, measurement, organizational alignment, and culture optimization. During my tenure, we enjoyed consistent growth/improvement in sales, market share, distribution, manufacturing K.P.I.s, brand recognition, and EBITDA in several industries. I have extensive experience and delivered exceptional results in strategic planning; have built distribution and channel management all over the world; and have also lived and worked overseas in a business development/business management capacity.
