An analytically driven and collaborative executive with 30 years of multi-disciplined leadership experience who has held CEO and various CXO/Vice President positions over the past 21 years in Private Equity backed growth oriented technology companies including P&L responsibility for sales, marketing, product management, professional services and client care. This cross departmental experience has enabled him to successfully take CEO/lead executive management roles in three exit transactions to different private equity investors, post-acquisition integration, successful business segment launches, and building/rebuilding multi-million dollar sales and professional services teams. A demonstrated performer who has purposefully built multi disciplinary leadership experience to enable him to effectively perform the CEO duties for technology driven companies striving to grow revenue and profits organically or inorganically. Strategic exits include Vista Equity partners in 2007 where we built and presented multi-disciplinary operational playbooks, performed an acquisition, and eventually sold to another financial sponsor several years later.
