All fees and commission are included within the actual cost of the insurance policy which helps to keep our prices as low as possible.

I am an experienced software engineer and technology leader with considerable experience in Agile and Lean software development and modern software practices such as DevOps, Test-Driven Development and Continuous Delivery. I believe that the combination of technical excellence and focus on customer needs drives businesses forward and therefore am a keen advocate of the Lean Startup methodology pioneered by Eric Ries and others. I work very closely with business stakeholders and product managers to ensure that technology supports business goals and delivers value in an incremental and measurable fashion. I have extensive experience of building and managing teams (including periods of headcount growth of 25% or more), while ensuring developers get direct, high quality feedback to help their own career development. I am always looking to learn about new technologies. I have introduced several at my current employer such as Amazon Web Services and RabbitMQ. I am currently working on improving my front-end skills (JavaScript and React) and developing my skills in Machine Learning.
