I am a disputes and compliance partner whose practice focuses on representing clients in complex civil and criminal litigation and other sensitive situations. My experience covers advising companies and organisations on compliance and financial crime matters, including data privacy, white collar crime, tax and insolvency crime. In all of these areas I carry out audits, provide training and advise on risk analyses and the design of compliance programs. In addition, I set up and run whistleblower programmes and serve as an ombudsman for international companies. I regularly conduct internal investigations for my clients, both nationally and internationally. Last but not least, I am a certified mediator, helping parties to find out-of-court solutions to their conflicts, offering mediation services in both disputes between businesses as well as disputes within a company’s departments, teams or between individuals.
