Geoffrey has over 30 years of aviation related experience. Geoffrey has held various positions with complete financial and management responsibility for up to 25 locations including both corporate and airline aviation business lines with oversight of 600 employees with 25 direct reports and possesses union knowledge and experience. He has created a strong management team increasing employee morale and professionalism, alongside continuously promoting the company to corporate, city, and government officials with high level of interaction with local and national airport authorities. Geoffrey focuses on raising service standards, operational safety, and customer satisfaction while decreasing costs and increasing revenues.: Geoffrey joined Signature Flight Support in 1995, and has held numerous management positions within the Signature network. In 2006, he was promoted to Regional Vice President Midwest where under his leadership, Signature St. Paul (STP) and Signature Minneapolis (MSP) along with a number of staff members, were consistently ranked at the top by both the Aviation International News and Professional Pilot magazine FBO polls. Heck is based in Minneapolis, MN. Most recently in 2012 he was promoted to Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing and is responsible for sales and marketing activities for Signature's global network of over 100 locations.
