People management and operations is not only my specialization, it is my passion. With nine years of experience in the field and a diverse background in the areas of administration, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, employee relations, people management, policy development and technology, I have built the first HR practices and procedures in three former positions. In those experiences I have discovered, that what I most thrive on is cultivating a culture that embodies the organization's core values, mission statement and business objectives.
