Sesame Workshop is the nonprofit media and educational organization behind Sesame Street, the pioneering television show that has been reaching and teaching children since 1969. We're active in more than 150 countries, serving vulnerable children through a wide range of media, formal education, and philanthropically-funded social impact programs, each grounded in rigorous research and tailored to the needs and cultures of the communities we serve.

As Director of Global Production at Sesame Workshop, I am responsible for leading the creative development and production of new and existing international properties across multiple platforms, conducting production feasibility trips when new international co-productions are initiated, and mentoring newly-hired freelance producers. I have been with Sesame Workshop for over 15 years in various positions promoting childhood education, girls' empowerment, healthy habits, and mutual respect and understanding around the globe. Having started in the Home Video department for the Workshop, I've worked on an assortment of domestic Sesame properties including Elmopalooza, an ABC primetime special. Since moving to Global Production, I have developed and managed the Creative and Production sides of Sesame Street adaptations in Europe, Africa, Latin America, South Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. In addition, I have produced a line of Spanish language Plaza Sésamo home videos, a set of 12 home DVDs of Shalom Sesame, a series of animations featuring Big Bird for Nigeria, and a new season of Play With Me Sesame for International Sales and Distribution.
