I am the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer of ServiceMaster Brands, a leading provider through its five brands of cleaning, disinfection, restoration and related services in residential and commercial markets, operating through an extensive network of providers in all 50 U.S. states and 9 countries. I am the chief legal advisor and business partner to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team, directing the global legal strategy and leading a team of talented legal professionals. Throughout my career, I have had the unique opportunity to work globally (across North America, EMEA, APAC and South America), serving in both corporate and litigation roles. Prior to ServiceMaster, I was the Global General Counsel for Kimberly-Clark Professional®, the second largest, and only global, business sector of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB), and for Kimberly-Clark's enterprise-wide Global Supply Chain, where I had responsibility for global legal support across a highly matrixed organization in 175 countries, and helped to drive $3.3BN in annual net sales. I further had responsibility for the global procurement and manufacturing operations across 33k+ employees, and reported to the worldwide General Counsel with responsibility for a multi-million dollar budget. I have significant U.S. and global experience, in both developed and developing markets worldwide, with particular expertise in pricing compliance, antitrust, anti-corruption (FCPA, UK Bribery Act), regulatory, commercial and compliance issues. I have also negotiated corporate transactions and strategic partnerships, managed corporate governance issues and have presented to the board of directors. And, I have significant litigation experience on a full array of complex commercial matters in the U.S. and across the globe. I have further created globally integrated operating models and developed both legal and business strategy, leading large, diverse, cross functional teams and handling change and crisis management. I have further consistently been identified as top talent for the various organizations I have worked for. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, I was a partner at Powell Goldstein, now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, specializing in litigation. I earned my undergraduate degree in political science from Boston College, and my law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. I also have a mini-MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
