The Seattle Seahawks joined the National Football League (NFL) in 1976 as an expansion team. The Seahawks have won nine division titles and three conference championships. They are the only team to have played in both the American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFC) championship games. Seattle has appeared in three Super Bowls (Super Bowl XL, Super Bowl XLVIII and Super Bowl XLIX). The Seahawks defeated the Denver Broncos, 43-8, in Super Bowl XLVIII to win their first title. The team plays at CenturyLink Field in downtown Seattle and is owned by local businessman, investor, and philanthropist Paul Allen.

Entrepreneurial, creative, passionate professional with approximately ten years of success in marketing & social media with additional experience in partnership activation, events and PR including college & action sports, sports agencies, Major League Lacrosse, Olympics and extensive experience in professional and international soccer. I spent seven years working in marketing & digital with the Chicago Fire and LA Galaxy MLS teams before starting my own digital consulting agency, working with professional athletes to optimize their digital presence through social media channels, as well as with brands activating in sports. I joined the talented digital team at Wasserman in the fall of 2014 where I've been lucky enough to continue working in that space. While general social media strategy & community management is my specialty, I also have experience in content marketing, integrated marketing and developing creative, multi-channel activations for brands in the digital space. Examples include the LA Galaxy's 3rd Kit Contest, presented by Herbalife with support from adidas, and "Flat Robbie" promotion presented by Chevrolet. As a former college cheerleader and gymnast, and child of two doctors, health & fitness is also an integral part of my life outside of the office. Find me in the gym kickboxing, cheering on my Chicago teams, traveling (and Instagramming! @lisambregman) and trying my best to live life by the mantra "carpe diem."
