For as long as I can remember, my favorite thing about my work life has been building and coaching high performing teams that achieve at the highest level based on an underlying belief that anything and everything is possible. I use a strategic and futuristic approach to goal setting that focuses on potential and not simply exceeding what we've done in the past to inspire others as well as myself. I work hard to paint and share a vision of what it will look and feel like when we've worked together to reach our final destination. The best part is that for nearly the last 20 years I have been able to use these skills and gifts to give back to the very same movement that instilled them in me- The Boy Scouts of America!
