I am a startup executive, advisor, and credentialed leadership coach with over 20 years of industry experience that includes building and equipping globally distributed organizations from scratch, mentoring founders, and developing innovative product strategies. Over my career, I have developed expertise serving in roles as a change agent and integrator tasked with launching new organizational capabilities, restructuring, and refocusing teams, and clearing obstacles to growth and scaling. I have also advised founding teams of several Bay Area tech startups over the last decade. In addition to my startup experience, I am an advocate for coaching and continuous personal development. I earned an NLP-Somatic Coaching credential in early 2020, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential in 2021 as well as completed all training requirements for the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential (designation pending completion of required client coaching hours). I hold an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS of Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. I‘ve served as an Advisory Board Member for Santa Clara’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, have held Board of Governors seats for Phi Kappa Tau chapters at UC Berkeley and San Jose State University.
