I am a highly motivated individual with broad experience customising Autodesk software and providing training and technical support to a large team of end users. As IT/CAD Manager, I use my extensive expertise in using current technologies and software to manage my team to ensure the delivery first-rate outcomes. Some of these include: MAIN SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: ● Create & maintain: o SharePoint pages & libraries. o SQL databases. o Intranet web pages. o Plugins & custom commands for AutoCAD & Revit. o Standards & manuals for AutoCAD & Revit. o Knowledgebase articles. ● Track Design hardware & software. ● Obtain quotes and recommend purchases for software, hardware and large format printers. ● Install software & create deployments. ● Proficient in several programming languages and technologies; vbScript, JavaScript, ASP, HTML, CSS, AutoLISP, VB.NET, C#.NET, XML. ● Experience configuring printers and network file permissions. ● Provide technical support to 150 staff for; Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, general computer issues and other design related software. ● Develop and conduct training for Revit and AutoCAD. ● Maintain remote servers & printer settings. ● Maintain automation scripts. ● Review as-built Revit models. ● Audit current projects against company standards. ● Coordinate business continuity tests.
