I Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of sales systems and support team including but not limited to: Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), Sales Training tracking tool (CMP), Sales Ops Web Tool, and the Electronic Enrollment Application (DRX). It's my goal to ensure that sales systems meet corporate objectives and fulfill end-user requirements, including the required focus on compliance. I am also responsible for the compliance monitoring, reporting and oversight of the contracting team. As needed I provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration of development projects from definition phase through implementation. I am constantly looking for opportunity to enhance existing business functions by streamlining processes and automating where it makes sense.
